UAV hit a 42-storey skyscraper in the Moscow-City for a second time

Tonight, a UAV hit the same 42-storey skyscraper in the Moscow-City quarter at 10 Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya that was hit two nights ago. The building houses seven Russian ministries and departments. The attached footage clearly shows the hole that formed tonight in the centre section of the glass wall above, and the larger hole formed two nights earlier in the corner of the building about ten floors below.

The Russian MoD reported the following: “Another drone was intercepted by electronic warfare (EW) means and, having lost control, crashed on the territory of a complex of non-residential buildings in Moscow City.” What is bewildering: if their EW means are so omnipotent, why do they stubbornly direct enemy drones into the building of the so-called "Super Ministry", so that the difference in hits is a matter of meters?

An interesting side fact is that next to the same "Super Ministry" is Moscow’s "World Trade Center" in Moscow, which has not yet been hit.

Also worthy of respect is the fact that, unlike the Russian bombing of Ukraine, the Ukrainian attacks were carried out at night, when the skyscraper is empty, and therefore there are no civilian casualties.
